At first like many I thought the pump was broke. But there is the word with an arrow that says “open” on a circular part of the pump I wish there were smaller sampler sizes like the size Avon has for its perfumes., but in a vial Finding the oils wasn’t user friendly on the site. I only knew what to look for because it was talked about in a FB Post by author/blogger/social media influencer Awesomely Luvvie. She asked for best fragrances/perfumes. Then when I did find it I was even more confused by how it was titled. Too many ppl including the site, & other reviewers refer to it as Honey Dew or Honey Suckle body oil. But very few ppl reviewing actually list the fragrance type they bought.
