Hi Mario, thank you for your review. I just checked the order data and shipping data to see what happened here because 3 weeks is unacceptable. I see that the order was placed 02.06.2025 and the rig got delivered already 06.06.2025. Your seat got delivered on Monday 16.06.2025 because unfortunately the weekend was in between Seats take longer to deliver, we understand that it can be inconvenient, that’s why it’s mentioned in the description of each seat. This is because of the huge size of the box. They have to be handled manually by the shipper and they do weekly pickups for seats with us because of this matter. In the end we are happy to see your rig fully build. Enjoy and have a great day!
