Eventually the stand is very stable, but... the vesa plate (100x100) did not fit into my UW AOC monitor. I resolved that by using rings under the plate and using larger bolts. There were also too few short bolts for the build, at first i used the delivered larger bolts, but it was obviously that the screen stand was not very steady ;) Then i used my own shorter M8 bolts and that did the trick.
