I was looking for an affordable rig for myself, first venture into better more expensive equipment. I settled for SimXPro R80 as it would be the perfect dimensions to still fit under my desk and let me use my PC normally aswell as racing stable. Building it was a blast, components are nice to work with and everything fits perfectly. However I am generally pretty handy considering all things wood and metal working, for soneone with no/less experience the included instruction sheet may take some more time to piece together (all text only a fully assembled picture). The rig itself is stable to use, no flexing when hard braking and base and pedals fit at the right spot immediately (Fanatec CSL Elite + Clubsport V3 Pedals). I got a second hand car seat with the original mounting rails and could just bolt it down at the appropriate place. Also delivery by SimXPro was damn fast. I ordered at a Saturday or Sunday and expected it to get to me maybe the next Weekend considering it had to go from netherlands to germany, but it arrived on Tuesday I think so 2 days delivery max (may vary if the distance is greater though).
