I have mixed feelings about microdosing - have been taking it somewhat irregularly due to sometimes finding it too strong for normal day to day use. The psychoactive effects are noticeable even at this smallest available microdose. Often feels like a hot flush for an hour or so after onset, although I'm starting to recognise that a bit of discomfort can be an indicator to consciously upshift my day in some way. Will continue trying and will stick to this dosage for the time being.

Dried to perfection - kind of like eating mushroom biscuits! Taken over three separate outings in nature, first 1g which was mild but still challenging and insightful, then a deep and soulful 3g, and finally a mild 1g. Good quality, average strength, will take in 2+ g doses in future.
