I chose to dose 1 day on, 2 days off and opted for two blocks instead of one. I'm only on my fourth dose and wow, I'm feeling great. I haven't felt this calm in a long time. I had been going through dark period prior to microdosing - bordering on depression. In only a short while, I've been able to quit my unhealthy vices, I have become more mindful of the changes I need to make within myself to be in a better place and I am building more healthy habits like meditation, reading, and grounding.
