I tried this with Jack Frost and found it way too intense for me. I was having visuals and panic attacks on 150mg. I don't think that the Jack Frost should be grouped in with average strength mushrooms.
With that said, every cloud has a silver lining and there were some beautiful moments within the chaotic trip. I'd recommend microdosing with a much milder strain. Be safe!
