White Wings Honey is hands down the best honey supplement I've ever tried! I purchased the variety pack from RHA and tried 9-10 different honey packets and the White wings was the absolute best. No side effects- headache, nasal drip etc. Definitely not for new users as it is strong. I'm an experienced user so I knew what to expect with stronger products such as these so I took half and the other half maybe 40-65mins later and all was fine. I can tell, however, had I taken it all at once, it might have been too much. Shipping was fast and communication with the seller was great!
