Attempted delivery in Alabama as a gift. For some reason this company is shipping to a liquor store instead of to the recipient without explanation to me or the recipient. The liquor store they shipped to also refused to sign for the delivery because they failed in that communication as well. Other companies have no issue delivering directly to consumers in Alabama. Now instead of an elegant gift, I have to ask the recipient to drive all over town to track down this screw-up.
