The back stretcher is so easy to use. I couldn't afford an inversion table so this was the next best thing for helping realign my back without having to constantly go to the chiropractor. I have only had this for a few weeks, and I have used it three times. I am already feeling some relief from the pinched nerve in my lower back.
I had my doubts but this thing really works, I have used it on myself, my boy and my dog, red light therapy is not a gimmick thank you for this product.
Love this device! Helps with my tennis elbow. My mother has scoliosis and this helped Her a lot too. But I don't like it gets hot to the touch after used it for 5 minutes.
