極之方便地使用。因80幾歲的媽媽不能睡在地板上，所以直接把治療床墊放在睡床上。已用了差不多一個月，她每晚在睡覺前會使用約半小時。她覺得比較之前容易入睡。例如：雖然半夜要起床去幾次廁所，但較之前容易再入睡，也比之前能夠熟睡。

本人喜愛跑步但因為一次缺乏熱身令大腿的肌肉拉傷，最終要休息兩個月及接受物理治療。 最後物理治療師提議我可使用EMS 來幫助熱身及恢復。 Polymakar 部EMS 無線設計，方便使用。 我常在運動前使用Warmup mode 來熱身減低受傷的機會。 另外它有三個Recovery mode 可於運動後增快肌肉修復，爭取時間訓練。 我還在揣摩它的增肌模式 hypertropy mode， 在做阻力運動時佩戴或可增加肌肉量 ？！ 另外它的TENS模式也有止痛作用，對運動後的肌肉痛楚有改善。 缺點方面，還使用舊式的MicroUSB 叉電比較不方便。 另外膠貼會隨着時間失去膠力，如果時常使用大約一兩個月後便要更換。 整體來說這部無線EMS TENS實在不錯，值得推介。

I have a leg problem for three years, which is called chronic myofascial pain. I have to use a walking stick to assist in daily life. I keep trying different healing methods and ELAMED is the one I feel good and keep using at the moment. After walking for no so long in a day, I feel tired of my thigh muscles and painful sometimes. This device has sound wave in addition to the magnetic field. It causes the problem of noise. When I lie down and put the device on the lateral side of thighs, the noise problem is lessened. Around three minutes, I start to feel the magnetic field and my tensed muscles become relaxed. I will put the device on different part of both legs until it automatically shut down in 15 minutes. I use it once a day for 15 minutes and after two weeks I do feel the leg problem is improved. I start walking without the stick. I believe this device really works and I will be better and better.

The pad really helps relieve the pain in my knee joint. It's easy to use and is adaptable to any part of the body. The service at the Inversion shop is great, staff made sure I knew how to properly use the product (instructions are included in kit).
