Started this one when I traveled last October. I have had sinus problems in the past from being a SCUBA instructor and videographer. Since taking this product I haven't had a problem with my sinuses yet... I take it every morning and night to make sure to have the defense that I need. Highly recommend this product. After about a month of taking CureCumin I am noticing good results. I have disc/nerve pain and it gets acute sometimes. The CureCumin seems to lessen the pain and increase mobility. Started noticing this after about 2 weeks. Have patience, most good supplements take time to work properly. Also it's been helping my digestion. Intelligent Remedies are just that! Specific Plant Based high vibrational remedies or preventative medicine. I really enjoy the turmeric it is super potent. I love the curecummin (Curcumin/Turmeric). A friend of mine introduced me to curecumin when my lower back was so painfully inflamed from work related injury. I was in so much pain for a whole month. Once I found out about Curecumin, I took it everyday. In my case, I took it 5 times per day. And since the ingredients are organic, I dont have any side effects at all. I use the tumeric extract for knee pain I regularly get, it's almost magic how the pain and swelling go away just after a few minutes. I'm not sure why this extract is so much better than the others but it is for me. Thanks
