I recently purchased a Morgan and Reid Coconut Bamboo Ultra Cooling Comforter Set for $219 as well as a number of other items. I had previously enquired regarding size and costs and was given a standard and abrupt reply, which did not sufficiently clarify my enquiry. Foolishly, I continued with the purchase. Upon a further two enquiries, I received no reply! Manchester Factory's Customer Service is appalling and I certainly would not recommend this factory outlet.

Do not under any circumstances interact with this company's website. They got my e-mail address from ShopPay after I deserted a cart on their site. They have been heavily spamming me ever since despite multiple unsubscribes. They are like digital herpes. I've been reporting them as spam to Gmail and if enough people do that their e-mails will be rejected by Google mail servers for all recipients.
DRI ordered a coverlet from them on October 4 it was a Morgan and Reid in buttercup for a gift so far it hasn’t arrived and I have had to chase them now it is the war /shipping that is holding it up it was due last week and then when it arrives at the warehouse it will be despatched still have heard nothing I have missed giving this as a gift and you only show the receipent a photo not happy and I hope they email me soon with an update I don’t think I will bother again
SSI purchased the Sienna Luxury Mattress Topper and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The product description online does not match the product received. Customer Service has been very unhelpful in resolving the issue.

SMI really wanted to give this place five stars. I emailed them as I bought a quilt cover on sale but it has marks on it. I asked if I could return it and they asked for some photos which I provided. I have since emailed three more times and no one has responded.
TBI won’t be purchasing from here again due to misleading advertising and refusing to exchange unopened product.

SMUntil COVID hit, I'd resisted online shopping. Now I find it overall to be brilliant. Manchester Factory Online is very speedy with the service. From placing the order to notification of shipping is within 24 hours. I live in WA now, so we have time differences to contend with. The quality of the products is awesome. I'm very fussy about my bedding, so I've been really pleased with the quality of my purchases. 10/10
