DNFirst rate customer service, I ordered an Actil sheet set when I opened it there where no pillow cases, I sent Manchester Factory an email advising them of the missing pillow cases and they couriered out a pair of pillow cases strait away

SAI ordered my Actil Hotel quality queen sheet set from Manchester Factory late one night and I got a phone call next morning to ask what I would like the courier to do with them if I wasnt home, which I thought was terrific, but then they were on my porch (as instructed) two days later !!!
