LSDisappointing service. My mum and I ordered a duvet each (in different orders, with different names, on the same day) and despite the estimated delivery of 2-3 days, we only received the order 10 days later. They delivered both my mum’s order and my order together in a huge box. I could only assume that they put the orders together, which conveniently for them gives us a new estimated delivery of 10-14 days, since it would then be classified as a bulky order, even though we didn’t ask for or want this. If this isn’t the case, maybe their delivery is just slow and their estimations online are inaccurate/dishonest. We tried to email them asking for an update since the order stop hadn’t been shipped 4 days after ordering, but they replied “it can take up to 48 hours to be shipped”. We understanding ordering on a Friday means the product will be shipped Monday, but even then, the communication from customer support was terrible and the delivery was slow. The product was good (even though the package was ripped open, busting at the seams because they tried to stuff two products into a box. I really wished I liked this store, but wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Hi Emily, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear about you're disappointment with your order. If an order is placed on a Friday after 6am the order is usually treated as next business day delivery due to our daily courier cut offs. As per our shipping policy we ship out of multiple warehouse locations throughout Australia. We normally ship out pretty quickly (next business day) but sometimes the processing time can sometimes take up 48 hours to 72 hours (business days) to be processed/shipped through one of our 8 locations in Australia depending on how busy that location is. There may be a slight delay for shipping tracking to be updated even though an order has been shipped as systems need to be manifested and sync'd overnight to our website. We also find if we have used Australia post as a courier service their tracking is service is poor and doesn't update even though an order has been shipped till days later. If the system picks up two orders going to the same address it is normal practice to merge both orders automatically since it normally means the customer has just ordered twice because they have wanted to add something extra or just simply forgotten to order something. We are sorry if that's not what you wanted! In terms of delivery turn around and times. Unfortunately sometimes orders can take longer to reach a customer than expected this can be caused by warehouse processing times then also the couriers delivery time to your location. Couriers do provide estimates for us but sometimes they really just let us down. Unfortunately because we ship from 8 different locations around Australia it can be really hard for us to give accurate shipping times as we use different services depending on parcel weights/sizes and customer locations. Even if your order wasn't combined it may have taken some time however I am really not sure as I do not know your order details. Again I am really sorry about your experience with us and we would really like to turn that sour taste around if possible.
