The Tencel fabric is very breathable though - I'd encourage you very much to try working out in these even during more intense workouts. Love these! It's so nice to feel safe in your clothes. Tripulse has the highest standards. I appreciate that more than they know. For a while I stopped exercising when I found out just how toxic exercise clothes are. I am so grateful for this company, their mission, and their suburb product execution. THANK YOU!! 5'3" 37" hips & 30" waist and the medium fits great per their sizing recommendation. I hope they launch some cropped leggings for us shorties, however these are still perfect.
