  0.5mm Dermaroller (Real Individual Needles®) - Wrinkles, Hyperpigmentation

  Better than the titanium barbs you get with other rollers. This one has the real stainless steel needles and are sharp enough to penetrate the skin without doing the damage that conventional titanium barbs do. This one is a keeper and I will be purchasing again when needed.

  This is the first time I have used a dermaroller, I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. I can already notice a difference in my lips, being a little fuller. It has not been painful at all. The overall appearance of my skin is changing for the better. I use the dermaroller on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. My next dermaroller purchase will be the 1.0 size.   This is the first dermaroller I’ve used so I can’t compare, but I will say that after using it once a week for a few weeks I see better texture and less obvious acne scarring.
