I have only used the item twice so far, but have noticed a big difference in the needles from my last roller that I had purchased from amazon. they penetrate my skin much easier, as they seem to be sharper and even thinner in gauge. and I will continue to use this product once a week and will be happy to update with my results in a few weeks.
