2005 F-150 XLT Lariat: My truck's A/C, pwr windows, radio and other items stopped working. Took it to my local shop. They replaced the passenger right foot fuse panel - $770 and it worked for a week. Saw on a Ford truck page that the cluster may be the problem. Googled and found these guys. Sent it in for repair and mine was toast. For extra $75 they found one and programmed it. I installed the refurbished cluster and everything now works! Bless these folks! Happy customer here!
The service was great and the added cost [two gears to switch from kilometers to miles] was reasonable. The only flaw was that two of the bulbs that I paid to have replaced did not work initially. They are very temperamental under the best of conditions
so far haven't installed cluster and checked it out but service and shipping were good. Got a call about broken trip meter wheel before they fixed it so knew what was coming down pike.
