It started with a phone call. Process of repair was easy. Watched a video of removal. My 22 year old son removed the part. Shipped it for repair. We received it back promptly on a Saturday. 1 hour later it was installed back in the car. We haven’t been able to test it yet.
After testing, the CPU on my cluster was bad. He was able to sell me a used cluster and copied the settings from my failed cluster to the used one. He was helpful and communicated well. Thank you.
