Contacted them by phone, guided me to the web site, coached me through the repair order and pay process, sent me receipt and shipping instructions and my speedometer was on its way to Atlanta. They did a one day turn on repairs and I had the cluster back in my truck in 7 days. On the phone they were courteous, knowledgeable and professional---I believe his nam was Josh.
My cluster arrived mid morning at the shop and it was shipped back the same day. All the issues with the cluster - gas gauge not working, dim backlighting, and a slightly off speedometer are repaired. Return packing was excellent, and the cluster is back in and working great!
