These guys did EXACTLY what they said and the cluster works PERFECT! Rare these days to find a company that delivers on their promise, but these guys did! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.
They did a great job. The cluster works perfectly now. I like that when there was a question about the cluster someone called to clear it up with me instead of just an email. Loved the product and the personal service.
It works, I’m happy. But, I wish they were more specific in their description of what they fixed. Doesn’t make a person very confident that it going to work when the disruption on the receipt is basically checked it out, cleaned it up and now it’s on it’s way home to u. But it works so whatever.
Josh, You have a first class operation. Once you received my cluster, you gave it a 24 hour turn around. The only issue is that the clock works intermitted, however you stand behind your work and sent me UPS shipping label to send back for adjustment!
So far so good! Instrument cluster performing like new. Had some difficulty navigating your website. There seems to be no differentiation when purchasing a rebuilt unit from your store or having your original rebuilt. Site could be more concise and descript. Other than that, people I spoke to on the phone were both friendly and helpful...a big plus!
