Mailed my cluster in and tracked it. It arrived at 12:49. I got new tracking info at 2:27. They were already finished fixing it and sending it back. Put it in and it works perfect
Very quick turnaround. Very helpful on the telephone. The only delay was UPS shipping. I believe my problems have been solved, but I have some concern that there is no backlight during the day. I don't know if that is the way it is supposed to be or not.

Thank you for the complements. You should not be able to see the backlighting on this cluster during the day, just nature of design on this unit. The lights should be visible at night though.
