My husband ordered the rebuild kit. I guess he didn't read that you had to mail in the dash cluster so that was our only source of delay. I think it would be better if the box and instructions were mailed directly to the purchaser but other than that the service was fast.
Very fast turn around on my instrument cluster. They had it fixed in a couple of days. I just installed it and appears to be working fine again. They were able to retrieve the odometer reading and program it into the new chip. And all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks.
