This is the way a company is supposed to be run. Old school service, top notch work. I needed my instrument cluster repaired. They patiently walked me through the shipping and payment process and when they received my cluster, it was on its way back to me in a day. When I opened the box, I saw the cluster was packaged securely and was cleaned to like-new condition. However, they had forgotten to change needle colors as I had requested and paid for. I emailed them that night and was contacted by them via phone early the next day and the problem was resolved. I sure miss service like that.
