  Return box was a little beat up,and it was delayed a few days.I know you have no control over UPS,but you did recommend UPS or FedEx. Those and the issue of the warranty sticker stuck to the bubble wrap,and the sticker detaching from the cluster when removing the bubble wrap.That of which you did fix the problem immediately.Thank you!   this is a wonderful alternative to the expensive replacement of a new cluster. I saved roughly 800 dollars using this service. only down fall is being without the vehicle until the dash comes back. but with the speedy turnaround time it's well worth the wait. I definitely recommend this to anyone needing to fix a cluster problem.
