after doing much research on gm cluster repairs I felt like this was my best option. the turnaround was awsome,it functions as it should now. I hope it will last as long as the vehicle,which I plan to keep for a long time!
I had a problem with the parking brake light staying on all the time and the tachometer was stuck on 3. I shipped it out on Thursday and got it back the next Wednesday all repaired. This is the second instrument cluster I have had repaired here and everything has always worked and came back very quickly! Other place also don't have the warranty that Atlanta speedometer has. This is a definite plus! Thanks for another great experience with you guys!
Amazing so far the vehicle working great no more issues. Many more need to know the signs of instrument cluster problems so they can save hundreds to thousands on repairs. You all do amazing work and fast turn around times.
As far as I can tell the functioning, but slightly worn, Instrument Cluster on my recently purchased 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 has been restored to renewed functionality. After removing (my first such venture) and very carefully packing my board I consigned it to UPS on a Monday PM and got it delivered back that Saturday AM. The Invoice descriptive details reveal in addition to bulb replacements other components reflecting 20 years of use & exposure were prophylactically repaired / replaced. Presumably the board now will outlast me.
Fair price for a reprogramming job, and really fast turn around. They helped me find some parts on eBay too, which was above and beyond. Also the guys were really honest/transparent about some of the board tests they ran and how the results would influence my decision to move forward or not. Great experience!
My speedo came back well packed and looking very clean/factory new. More important the needle now indicates my actual speed, odometer and trip meter work for the first time in 8 years.
