  Likes: easy to get repair in timely manner, quick turn-around, no need to change keys. Dislike: I had to search everywhere to find you guys on the internet. I spent 3 weeks trying other solutions, when, if you had a YouTube video showing the symptoms of a faulty cluster, I would have sent it to you right away. Promote yourselves a little, will you?
