Needless to say I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this product and it was delivered quickly! It performs better than I expected.   Works as advertised. Was sent the wrong harness, i reached out via email, got a response a couple days later. I was sent the right harness with no questions asked. People say the customer service is bad. I honestly didn't have an issue.

  CAUTION!!!! If you have a older BMW, but it works!!!!! GOOD!!!

  Alright, I had a rollercoaster experience, but in the end, it was great. I have to start off that I own a 2011 BMW X5...this model has been notorious for having code errors and unfixable problems. A quick google and you will see many have left this car on the road or at the dealer after running out of money to fix.....so I knew this going in... The installation took 10 min, easy like everyone else, however once installed it completely killed the car. Besides the dreaded "Service Malfunction" and "Engine Malfunction" screens that are like the read screen of death on a PC, it would not accelerate past 5 mi a hour... So obvisouly I got it towed to my mechanic, not the dealership, never take a BMW to a dealer, the mechanics are all new grads still learning. My mechanic fixed my last "Engine Malfunction" for $300,,,when BMW wanted to charge $3000 to fix what they thought could be the problem...so listen to me....Moving on...my mechanic needed the newest BMW computer to reprogram my car for the Roar Pedal. Most new cars come pre-programmed ready so this was not the fault of ROAR but the tedious unnecessary tech in the BMW... So after a day and $280, I got my car back and man....even though I went through that, it is well worth it. Now I feel like I have a new car..it takes my 535D to X5M level and more. So I recommend it to everyone. Just understand if you have a older car like 2013 and before, you may run into this problem so be prepared. Even though I spent $150 + $280, I still feel like I won. So go fast Ricky Bobby!!!

  Excellent product

  I ordered with reluctant expectations because these days products are hyped up only to be let down. Not the case here. Super easy to install, simple instructions and a nice product. I was truly impressed by the response in acceleration and all modes worked flawlessly. They promised and they delivered. Don’t expect increased horsepower even though it feels like it does. Excellent product. I have encouraged all looking for something like this to get the ROAR PEDAL. Great job guys.
