I have a problem with camera, it begins to automatically reboot every 6 minutes. Hard reset has not resolve this problem. I asked Techage support via chat to help me with this issue. Guyz send me updated firmware. After upgrading, camera begins to work fine. Thanks a lot! Good job!

IP Camera password was forgotten and there a lot of separate programs were installed to repair it but … nothing. Than requested to support team and …. hurray … in a couple messages we found a solution and issue was solved. Respect.

As a mom of a newborn, I was always worried about missing my baby’s cries when I was not in the room. This camera has been a lifesaver for me. The picture quality is really good, and I can clearly see my baby during naps and at night. The cry detection alerts are helpful because I don’t have to keep checking the room every few minutes. I also love the two-way talk feature — I can talk to my baby while I’m preparing dinner or doing something around the house. The setup was simple, and the camera covers a wide area of the nursery. It has become one of those baby items that I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it. Highly recommend it to other moms!

In our suburban neighborhood, this wireless camera system has been amazing for keeping an eye on both our front yard and backyard. The human and motion detection features are super helpful, giving us alerts whenever there's any activity. Plus, the two-way audio means we can chat with visitors or even ward off potential intruders if needed. The night vision is fantastic, providing clear and colorful images even in the dark, which really adds to our peace of mind. The playback feature is also a great bonus, allowing us to review footage easily and make sure everything's safe around our property.

I recently upgraded to a new NVR, and the transition was smooth by following the instructions. I reused my existing cameras and hard drive, installing the hard drive with the provided hardware. Setting up the IP POE cameras was straightforward. Using my POE hub, I switched some of the cameras from the 192.168.0.x network to the NVR's private 172.0.x network without any issues, thanks to the clear directions. The NVR is of high quality, and the recommended app loads the cameras very quickly. Moreover, this NVR supports the same functions as my old cameras, including vehicle and face detection, which were easy to set up.

We had trouble connecting the cameras to our internet and thought about returning them. A piece of advice is to ask the support team. They are wonderful! With a few clicks they were online & they work great. Very clear. Support team was very patient with us & very nice. We will definitely ask them again if we have trouble. Highly recommend these cameras!

This is indeed is one of the best cameras ive purchased! Super clear and its chargable. It works with wifi and charging it so its very convinient. It detects wether theres a person or an animal in the area (moving). You can also talk through the camera. Such a good product for such a good price! You will not be dissapointed with your purchase!
