This is the second bird I've bought from here, and my first conure, and he's absolutely gorgeous. He's a pineapple green cheek conure, and his colors are quite stunning. I've had him now for four full days, this is the fifth. He isn't 100% tame but he is not far off, and just needs a little additional time and work for him to be more comfortable with us. He is already starting learn to step up well. The first day he was very quiet and just clung to the back wall of the cage, but the second day he was already moving around more and making curious little noises, and now he watches with interest when we are near the cage. He'll sit on our fingers for a while and look around as well. He's very sweet so far, and he doesn't seem overly afraid of us, just wary. He did bite somewhat hard on the 3rd day, but before that was only beaking us and he did not break skin or leave any lasting marks. He doesn't seem to bite often and for now can be dissuaded, so hopefully it's just a phase or because he's still settling in. He's very curious and seems pretty healthy as of today! I have him quarantined at the moment as a precaution, as I have other birds, but the lovebird I bought here was great, so I am expecting this conure to be as well.
