My sweet little lovebird arrived healthy. S/he started eating and drinking right away. Very active and alert. The second day s/he was eating millet out of my hand. A beautiful bird!

RHReginald H.I was not certain about leaving a review although I do want y'all to know he got here alive. Although I was not completely happy with a few things with this order. The lack of any personal communication is not good to me in regards to a live animal. I only got automatic emails about my order "processing". The love bird did arrive alive but beat up a bit. He had a lacerate on his eyelid, missing feathers on his head and belly(these could both be from other birds attacking him), missing toenail and in my experience, I've not had many birds as afraid of hands as this one(indicating possible hard handling) the lacerate on his eyelid was caused during shipment as there were a few sharp areas in the box he was shipped in.(USPS Shipping) All n all the lovebird is doing good, I come from a family that raised birds, we had 40+ birds all the time, we bred, sold and loved them. So I don't want to give a bad review but this was my experience and I would most likely order from TampaLoveBirds again, I would just suggest they put some sort of perch in the shipping box so the birds can hold on to something to keep them from possibly hurting themselves from unexpected bumping & jarring during shipment.
