Surprised at how much it makes a difference. My phone heats up quite a bit especially when in a low signal area. Instant cool down to my face and ear when flipped the front cover closed when using.
Absolutely LOVE this handset. The primary reason for purchase was that I simply hate using a mobile phone and having to yell my conversation to people, because it seems no-one can properly hear anything on their mobile unless they are in a very quiet closed space. I am a little deaf, so trying to hear people on a mopbile, even on speaker, just made phoning people so frustrating I just don't phone people. This handset will change my world. And the bonus is the radiation protection, that was not our primary reason for purchase, but it's good to know I am safe now while using a mobile phone.
