A little hard to get into my small ear holes which is kind of annoying as I have to jam them in. But once I get them in they're secure and comfortable, and the sound is crystal clear!
I am very happy with these headphones. After many years of using ‘standard’ iPhone headphones - and thinking no different - when my most recent pair stopped working, I did some research and found the Aircom A3 Airtubes. Although the ear pieces are taking a while to get used to in my ears, I really like that they protect my head and brain from radiation (up to 99% less exposure) with the tube design.
