Hi Julie, thanks for the review and I'm sorry to hear they're not fitting for you. The headset comes with small, medium and large earbud tips. Hi Neil, thanks for your review! The Aircom Airtube headset is unique in that it positions the speakers in the bead at the top of the wire where they are about 15cm away from the earbud. Sound is generated there and then funneled up the air tube to the earpiece. Because the speakers and wires are positioned so far from the head they are radiation-safe. The sound quality is so good because sound needs space to develop. Positioning the speakers far from the earpiece allows this and this enhances the sound.
