started off wonderfully. i ordered online and then received a call next day to let me know that they have distributor in my area and that i could save a ton of money if I go straight through them. So i did, and it did save a ton. the only negative so far is that the order is way late. i ordered in early June or Late May, and was told that they would be manufacturing it in mid to late June. as of this writing i have not received the delivery, although it is supposed to deliver early next week. While I have not been in a hurry as we were completing the area that this would be erected, it is still frustrating that it is about a month past due.

awesome!! love the fireplace. neighbors have said wow that looks amazing.. so a little about building it. shipping was great. they dropped the skids in front of my house. i moved all the blocks to the back yard with mower and trailer. took a few hours. building it was pretty easy. just follow directions and your good. i poured a concrete pad so it started level. also since the patio slopes i had to make a level starting point. the top of the fireplace is not overly heavy but awkward. had to fight a couple of the fire blocks but not to bad. over all this is a awesome fire place.

Amazing company, amazing product, amazing customer service. Took 4 guys roughly 6 hours for the entire project (took lots of breaks in the heat) and I couldn't be more excited with the finished product. Easy to follow instructions and everything you need is included in the kit.

Quick response time. Excellent customer service provided detailed information and delivery requirements. I love this design and was able to incorporate this look with an existing arched back wall. So glad I purchased.

Super easy to assemble. Only complaint is wish there was more glue. Had to buy extra. Final product looks great
