A lot more gaps between stones than I anticipated and am worried smoke will escape when we have our first fire. Delivery was not as expected (came on a 53' truck instead of the box truck they scheduled). Other than that, customer service was excellent, delivery was very fast, installation was easy, directions were good.

JHJames H.Verified buyer NewEngland....Can't say enough about the product and process! The 1st comment about the space is the fireplace is awesome. We are still putting finishing touches on the new space. I will add new photos when compete. The 10 pallets were put to good use in the backyard bonfire.
KKKevin K.Stones look great. Continued to ask for the online instruction manual; however no one could give me access to the google doc. Nothing like getting 1100 stones and not knowing how to put together. We figured it out, looks great, but don't rely on customer service
BWBrian W.Verified buyerShowed up quickly. Looks like it was packed well. I have not opened any of the wrapped pallets. More to follow once I get started with the install

Great product and super easy to use. Took some tough work to get t it right but looks fantastic
ABAndrew B.Verified buyer I took my time and leveled every block , it turned out perfect. The build took about 16 hours by myself in 4 hrs sessions. Before I started I read the instructions several times to make sure I understood every step. Good instructions , I had a question about gluing the fire brick and Romanstone answered it quickly and throughly . Thanks

We're very happy with our Fremont fireplace, turned out better than we expected. Order process was easy, delivery driver very friendly, instructions were perfect. Hardest part was getting the blocks to the back yard - using the Gorilla cart and lawn tractor worked great and my brother helped me using his manlift to lift the cap in place - could not have done it without that. The directions were very easy to follow, when they say keep the build square, level and plumb they mean it - it will affect all areas of the construction including the way the firebrick and angle iron fit. It took one day to get the blocks to the back yard, two 9-hour days to build - we were blessed with beautiful Ohio fall days for the build. A few suggestions: I watched several you-tube videos which were very helpful to know what to expect and for useful tips. I used coins: nickels and pennies, as shims to help keep things level - put glue on the coins and block. And use your level on every block - in each direction. Follow the instructions and you'll have a great fireplace.

6.5 hrs start to finish with 4 people, awesome build. Absolutely love our new fireplace. People ask about it and I have directed them to your sight. From order point till end of build everything was flawless. Great company, great product!

I really liked the kits and the way it came together. I took the advice of the Romanstone team and only ordered 2 kits for a bigger circle to start the work on an over 400 sq ft patio, and then used the recommended vendor's 6inx6in pavers to finish off. Still have some cosmetics to do, but it looks great. Thank you for the kits, fast service, and terrific advice.
