I searched for all kinds of fireplaces and had this one picked out for a year before I finally pulled the trigger. I love it. Customer service was fantastic - I sent many e-mails and messages which all got informative responses. The base was by far the hardest step. I have an (appropriately) sloped concrete patio. I had to: -lay the base layer out -trace the perimeter with a marker -rent a concrete saw and cut the outline -lay base layer level with a mortar bed. The customer service folks sent me a great video on how to level it. After the base, it went right up. I’ve included multiple photos, including one of the back because I couldn’t find any of those online. I also included a photo of the pallets as they arrived.
