Excellent Customer Service! They called to schedule a ship date for the fireplace. A few days before shipping Customer Service called to confirm the ship date. It arrived, as scheduled, a few days later.

We did watch several videos on Youtube which were benificial especially the tip on using pennies to help with keeping everything level. One tip: on the blocks that the lentle rest on, do not try and biold up thode thing they shoud be level with other stones. You need it to be slightly lower to allow for the thickness of the metal of the lentle.

Wish the kit included about 6 more tubes of block adhesive. Other than that, it was very easy to assemble. Great communication to schedule delivery, Timely delivery. Great detailed instructions.
