Best thing we ever did. Instructions were simple. Worked about 90 min a night and did it in 5 days. Not for the faint at heart due to the weight but everybody loves it. Modified the height and added a mantle for aesthetics. Can’t go wrong with these fireplaces

Not happy with the shipper. It’s Friday and I haven’t received the fireplace yet. It was supposed to be delivered to my contractor on Wednesday. He called on Thursday and the fireplace wasn’t even on the schedule for delivery.

It took 4 of us 5 1/2 hours to build!

The circle patio came out great. With the instructions, it was easy to install.

I can’t say enough good things about this company!!! I wish all businesses were this great. The stones for the fireplace are absolutely beautiful, the directions for assembly were great, and the delivery was quick and easy (no need to worry at all- the delivery company is the best). It did take us longer than a weekend to assemble, but we took our time putting it together. We used a material lift and unistrut extension to easily place the chimney top and wood box top stones. We love our new fireplace and couldn’t be happier. I can’t believe we actually got something so great for such a great price!

terrific products, great service and so well laid out for me to be successful in a build. it took us 17 man hours over a weekend to build the fireplace and boxes. followed the instructions and ended up with a terrific back yard centerpiece! thank you.

The wood box covers were heavy but l’m glad, they won’t go anywhere!

Excellent Customer Service! They called to schedule a ship date for the fireplace. A few days before shipping Customer Service called to confirm the ship date. It arrived, as scheduled, a few days later.
