I used it every single day. One of my to very favorite support supplements. Some things I always have in my cabinet are nano ojas, lauricidin, bodybio pc. All the nano ojas are amazing.
Just amazing stuff! I’ve used it to kick cold and flu symptoms out of the sinuses fast and when I use it as a maintenance remedy I hardly ever get a runny nose even when everyone else is blowing theirs. I always keep this on hand.

Hi Nithasha, I have full dentures due to radiation therapy I had several years ago. However, my gums continue to slowly degenerate which causes my dentures to occasionally irritate them. Definitely boosts immune system. Helps some knee pain I have, but I have to use it consistently, and any over use on my knees they will still hurt. Causes me to have cold sore breakouts when I ingest it sublingual or through the nose... so definitely boosting the system.
