Brilliant! I used the ZlideOn to repair luggage where the ends of the zipper were sewn in and inaccessible. The ZlideOn was installed and the zipper is back to being zippy!

When I received the zipper, it had already been closed and it was rendered unusable. I have yet to hear from CS about what to do, but so far, not a great experience.

Was hoping this would save a fleece jacket that I love, but whose zipper slide broke. XS was too small and the S was too big. Looks like I'm screwed.
