An airline had ripped both zippers off our suitcase. I was not sure which size to order as the dimensions were “between sizes”…Alexandra suggested a fix and it worked perfectly! Just remove that spike from the product please….

Despite meeting the size recommendation this doesn't work. It opens up as soon as you pull the zipper. Nice idea that doesn't work

The zipper was very easy to install and it glides nicely.

Great product, fixed a perfectly fine jacket that would have needed to be thrown away otherwise. It's intuitive to use and comes on in five seconds. One note of warning though: make double, triple, quadruple sure to buy the CORRECT TYPE of zipper for your needs, not just the size. I had to go through three different "L" zippers until I got the right one for my need!
