From day one, I have always wanted a smart mirror. I thought about making one and decided against it. Sean was very open and transparent on the progress on my Mirror. It took about 4-5 weeks to complete, and He personally delivered it to my home. He set it up and was super helpful on explaining how things work. I am very knowledgeable on computers and programming – as in I understand it but cannot write it. Sean does both. If you have a problem with anything relating to the software side of the mirror, I don’t know anyone better. Sean also has a very in-depth instruction manual that is easy to follow. He tailors it to your mirror specifically and you cannot go wrong. Build quality: Very good. Felt sturdy and very heavy (60-inch mirror). I use it daily to check news and it really doesn’t get in the way. Instead of complaining about what you have, you HAVE to tell him exactly what you want, and he will make it happen. Be transparent with him. He is professional and will make the mirror YOURS. Whether you like CNN, FOX, MSNBC [etc], the political angle doesn’t matter to him. He will make it yours and I enjoy that. He stays in contact and follows up with emails on questions that I have. I simply explain problems and he replies with *What* and *Where* to insert the code into the mirror files. It is easy to follow. Sean is a man of his word. Don’t be discouraged on lead time because perfection this takes time.
