This isn’t a miracle. You still have to do the work — more lean protein, less carbs, exercise. Blah blah blah. But I was doing the work and stalled. I saw that a friend used this. I’m a proponent of homeopathy, so I liked that aspect. I decided to try it. It took a couple of months, but the weight started coming off again. I really feel that it has helped with my weight loss.
