Hi Ann, I often get asked this question and here is what I find get's customers results. If you use Burn to replace a meal that you typically don't eat a lot of food during it works great OR using Burn about 15 minutes before the time in which you typically go for unhealthy food snacks will curb that craving and help you power through.
