Although the sound can be a little annoying, it’s a perfect excuse for the child to learn how to silence or lower the volume quickly! The programing in is perfect for an Introductory programming toy.

Most kids have at least played around on a keyboard or piano, so they pretty quickly know what to do with this. The website shows kids how to write and change the code to make different sounds. Pretty soon, my kid was making his own songs and playing me the Star Wars theme.

My 11 year old daughter was mesmerized by this device. I think it is very well designed and helps the user to learn in a very intuitive way. Highly recommended.

The small size of the box was a little disappointing to my nephew (10), but he immediately knew what to do with it and grabbed his computer.
