Very happily surprised at the delivery time and care of my item. Wheelchair is lighter and more portable than I anticipated, and very easy to assemble. Great product and service. This will hugely improve my independence and I can now go out in a regular car whilst having a powered wheelchair and not needing to book disabled transport or someone to push me everywhere. The wheelchair arrived 2 days after ordring. I was very impressed with the service provided. I have not been able to try the wheelchair yet, as I have quite a few hospital appointments this week. I hope to have a go getting used to the wheelchair this weekend. Graham Lee-Cooper

After a lot of searching for the best lightweight wheelchair I decided to go for the Etech Light Max 2. Its an absolutely brilliant wheelchair. It's under 20kgs without the battery so it's quite manageable to lift in and out of the car. It's a very stylish looking chair great looking wheels and nice insignia. Before I bought this one I did try a super lightweight one at Care Co, it was carbon fibre and you could feel every bump and the frame twisted under you when going over bumps. With a rediculas price of £2400 plus £400 for a spare battery it was a definate no from me. So the light max 2 is under £1000 plus £145 for the spare battery. Well it was a no brainier for me. The chair also comes with a remote control for carers or your partner to have some fun with. On other chairs you'll pay about £200 extra for this option. I fully recommend this chair and you don't have to break your back removing the battery as it underneath the seat and can be removed when folded upright. It's pretty comfortable and very nippy. It can turn on a sixpence and is very manoeuvrable. Very easy to steer. I think you'll struggle to find a chair this good at this price point. I did have a slight issue with the spare battery but this was very quickly sorted from the kind and professional staff. I love thus chair and enjoy going round parks etc and it dose cope quite well with drop kerbs and cobbles. What are you waiting for, just order one and see for yourself.

Good item and good price

Getting the wheelchair out of the box was the first problem. It's really well packed and no way could I get it out. Luckily a family member came to my rescue .I've never used a joystick before and was a bit wary. I've not used it outside yet but indoors, it's brilliant. Once you get used to it, it's so easy to control and to go from room to room. It took me a couple of weeks to decide to get a powerchair and I'm so glad I did. The staff are patient and helpful and not at all "pushy salesmen". I'd recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a powerchair.

Great service, communication and quick delivery with updates along the way. The team offered advice on whether the battery would fit my wheelchair, which I needed to be able to take it abroad.

The only thing I do not like is that nowhere in the handbook does it show you how to fold the scooter...not sure if it has to be taken apart?

Brilliant with easy fold-up/down. Not driven it yet as not been out with the weather. It is a little awkward to lift weight-wise, but you can't have sturdy and light unless it's made of carbon fibre.

Great customer service. Wheelchair arrived on time. Well packaged. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Have not used chair yet as currently charging, however, it looks and feels robust. I also like the fact that the joystick can be used on either side

Ordered an electric wheelchair for my wife, ordered Wednesday evening and spoke to Sef at 10.30 next day to explain we wouldn’t be there on the following Tuesday to accept delivery because of appointments, he said no problem we’ll dispatch today, and true to his word it turned up on Friday with FEDEx delivery and the guy was great couldn’t have been more helpful. Unboxing no problem and getting it ready, only problem was syncing the remote, it Ewa a completely different one than in the handbook, so on to YouTube to find the same remote and all sorted. Wife hasn’t tried it yet but I did in the garden and it seems excellent machine nice tight turning circle in its own width “ish”, joystick is sensitive but she’ll get used to it. Overall experience is excellent. Did have to purchase a set of ramps from another company to help load into the car, I’m 72 and couldn’t risk injuring myself as I wouldn’t be any good to my wife.

Not had bike long but seems very good came almost assembled, just needs pedals putting on excellent delivery and the delivery driver was very polite and helpful a credit to your company. Well done everybody
