This is a very comfortable chair that’s easy to control.

Really like these footrests. What would make them great would be if they were height adjustable as my feet just reach the footrests with a little bit of a stretch

What a great service, Ordered one day and got it the next, highly recommend this company, the wheelchair is solid and well made.

The service is second to none: next day delivery without drama. The wheelchair was chosen because it is a narrow outdoor/indoor model and therefore some user compromises must be made. That said, with a little practice the chair navigates the tightest Victorian terrace house. I am very pleased with this product and will certainly consider ETech when the when a model for a different purpose becomes required.

I bought this charger/battery so i get maximum mileage when in the USA because it has 110V-240V input. You are only allowed to take on aircraft 12A 24V batteries so i now have 3 x 12A 24V batteries and 3 x 110V-240V 3A chargers. It allows me to be on the go all day and only take 4 hour from empty to fully charged all 3 batteries. It's ideal in amusement parks (Disney). If you want any advice please contact me on ***@***.***

I organised a viewing of power chairs for my elderly parents. The sales advisor Kasim was wonderful, explained the ranged and how they worked and spent time getting to know my parents needs. At the end of the trial Kasim was honest and said that their products weren't right for the needs of my parents so could recommend them purchasing one. Ordered an electric wheelchair for my wife, ordered Wednesday evening and spoke to Sef at 10.30 next day to explain we wouldn’t be there on the following Tuesday to accept delivery because of appointments, he said no problem we’ll dispatch today, and true to his word it turned up on Friday with FEDEx delivery and the guy was great couldn’t have been more helpful. Unboxing no problem and getting it ready, only problem was syncing the remote, it Ewa a completely different one than in the handbook, so on to YouTube to find the same remote and all sorted. Wife hasn’t tried it yet but I did in the garden and it seems excellent machine nice tight turning circle in its own width “ish”, joystick is sensitive but she’ll get used to it. Overall experience is excellent. Did have to purchase a set of ramps from another company to help load into the car, I’m 72 and couldn’t risk injuring myself as I wouldn’t be any good to my wife.

Not had bike long but seems very good came almost assembled, just needs pedals putting on excellent delivery and the delivery driver was very polite and helpful a credit to your company. Well done everybody
