Love this chair, it's comfy and a pretty smooth ride. It feels nice and solid. Having puncture proof tyres stops you from worrying about going over glass, previously ive had a few tyres deflate and it really makes things difficult but I don't have to worry about that anymore. I would recommend getting a spare battery incase of long days out or as an emergency. My husband is loving the remote control, a bit too much! But it's a great chair and I'm really happy with it

Very vast delivery, best powerchair iv had and very light and compact. Fits in all hatchback and suv mpv vehicles leaving room for shopping as well. Remote control is brilliant idea i use it to move chair to rear of car once seated to allow carer to fold and lift into boot.

I have had the Freedom Pro wheelchair for quite sometime now and used it everyday. I travel a great deal and it has been a blessing on how easy it is to take on a plane. Using it abroad gives it quite some challenges as paths, road surfaces and terrain vary considerably, but my chair has handled it all. A short while ago I had a small issue with the chair that it needed to go back to Etech, I called them up, they arranged for it to be collected the next day, two days late it was back in my possession all fixed. What great service, so different to other suppliers of similar equipment that I have used.

I organised a viewing of power chairs for my elderly parents. The sales advisor Kasim was wonderful, explained the ranged and how they worked and spent time getting to know my parents needs. At the end of the trial Kasim was honest and said that their products weren't right for the needs of my parents so could recommend them purchasing one. Ordered an electric wheelchair for my wife, ordered Wednesday evening and spoke to Sef at 10.30 next day to explain we wouldn’t be there on the following Tuesday to accept delivery because of appointments, he said no problem we’ll dispatch today, and true to his word it turned up on Friday with FEDEx delivery and the guy was great couldn’t have been more helpful. Unboxing no problem and getting it ready, only problem was syncing the remote, it Ewa a completely different one than in the handbook, so on to YouTube to find the same remote and all sorted. Wife hasn’t tried it yet but I did in the garden and it seems excellent machine nice tight turning circle in its own width “ish”, joystick is sensitive but she’ll get used to it. Overall experience is excellent. Did have to purchase a set of ramps from another company to help load into the car, I’m 72 and couldn’t risk injuring myself as I wouldn’t be any good to my wife.

Not had bike long but seems very good came almost assembled, just needs pedals putting on excellent delivery and the delivery driver was very polite and helpful a credit to your company. Well done everybody
