Have owned this 8x4 for just over two years now (end 2020). Most of my work is 2-5mm steel but this handles 10mm steel with no problem. Customer service people could learn alot from Robert, answers quickly and without blame, even when it was my fault. I looked around long and hard for table and settled on Xtreme as everyone said how good service was and it's great value for money. Bearing in mind I live in New Zealand everything arrived safe and sound and I've not had one issue with the machine. I would like a more modern operating system, but it works well and is easy to set up, so there's the compromise, in hindsight probably a good one as there is loads of information out there for mach3. All in all good value, well made and easy to get on with. Customer service is excellent. What more can you ask for now days? I would recommend it.
