Hi Kirsten, I think if you sometimes go up a size then a 5 should be okay. The sole from the big toe to heel is approx 24.5cm. In the photo the model is a size 6 and wearing a size 6 so you can see how much room there is after the toes. I hope that helps! Serra

Hi Deborah, the dresses do run a little large, but it depends on your bust measurements. Do you know the measurement around the largest part of your bust? For example the long white cotton dress with gold that you are looking at, the bust measurement from armpit to armpit is 54cm/108cm around.
