  ATV Honda™ Pro Connect Anchor

  These allow for customization of accessories on the Honda “ProConnect” ready racks. The price was a bit tough to swallow proportionate to type and value of material involved, but hey, AnyGlide is first to market with a concept that works, so they should prosper for having the vision to make these available!! I fab’d and added a quasi-rigid plastic spacer to separate the underside aluminum clamp detail from the painted rack pass-through - for corrosion prevention. The small countersink bolts were plenty long to accommodate this spacer - as shown in photo. For the underside clamp detail, I would have preferred this part be made from carbon steel. Upon install, the steel hex-head center bolts started to bind in the aluminum threads about halfway down, so rather than force the bolt, I had to chase/tap the threads in the aluminum clamp to allow the bolt to thread smoothly and avoid mauling. An inexperienced user could potentially cross-thread the clamp if not careful!!! All-in-all this product solved my problem. The team at AnyGlide should be proud of the achievement, and I hope this helps.
